We are happy to make any order changes you wish prior to your purchase being delivered or in the process of being delivered.

To make sure your requests are handled in a timely matter, please contact us by telephone only.

Once an order has been delivered or is in the process of being delivered, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

We make every effort to have in our inventory the products you want.  Unfortunately, it is not possible to have all products in all sizes and colors available at all times.  We encourage our customers to have a "SECONDARY CHOICE" in regards to specific color and/or flowers.

In the event we do not have an item available you have selected, we will substitute the requested item/s with something as similar as possible, unless otherwise instructed.  Your instructions to do otherwise can be posted in the "Notes for designer" box displayed on the "View Basket" web page.
